Day 28 of 30 Days of Amazing

Stop Blaming Others

Get passed the game of blaming others and old situations for your shortfalls. I can understand that people have hurt you and/or put you in situations where it seemed that your back was against the wall, but we have to get passed those old experiences and look at what we are in control of today. You do not have extra time to waste on past hurt and pain. Life is too short and moves too fast to be spending it talking about those who made you feel less than amazing.

Dr. Wayne Dyer once said, “All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with another, and regardless of how much you blame him, it will not change you. The only thing blame does is to keep the focus off you when you are looking for external reasons to explain your unhappiness or frustration. You may succeed in making another feel guilty about something by blaming him, but you won't succeed in changing whatever it is about you that is making you unhappy.”

Let’s get passed the past. Put your focus on solving your personal issues. Put the mirror up against your face. Look at your true self and begin doing the inner work!
