Inspired (Day 5 of 21 Days of Greatness)

Inspired by definition means, “outstanding or brilliant in a way or to a degree suggestive of divine inspiration.” On the road to our greatness, we will encounter some heavy storms and heartaches. But we must always remind ourselves why we are on this journey. We have to constantly push ourselves to walk down a road that we are never completely prepared for. Greatness isn’t for the weak or the insercure.

Greatness is not for the people who are inspired only by what’s happening on the outside. Greatness is for those who are INspired from the INside. It is for those that want to transcend their talent and gift to inspire others withIN their world. It is the divine way to be like this.

RahGor Tip: Periodacally, reflect and give thanks to your past storms and how you overcame them. This is a great way to keep the fire (passion) within you burning. INspiration starts with the two letters “IN” for a reason. It signifies that withIN you is the energy you need to keep you moving steady towards your greatness.

Someone asked me how they could be an inspiration and I replied, ” Simply by being you”. There is no other person in the world like you. There are billions people in the world and yet, you were uniquely created to be the reflection of the greatest source of energy known to man. So you must first, recognize and accept this. Then walk IN all your glory of knowing this. You must love your life and do whatever make you [happy] and stay INspired.

Be The Gardener (Day 4 of 21 Days of Greatness)

Be The Gardener: It's not about what is happening, it's about how you show up in what is happening. Each day you wake up, you are waking up in your garden. If you want to attain and unleash your greatness in the world, you must be a gardener everyday of your life. If you choose otherwise, someone could take your position and plant bad seed within your garden. The roots from those seeds could end up growing and destroying your beautiful garden. You have to clean your garden everyday because people will try to litter it with lies and deceit. You have to protect it so that you can be able to live off the fruits and vegetables that will grow from your garden.

We must take the responsibility of being great gardeners everyday. We must do what needs to be done, not for the limelight, but for personal fulfillment and to be great servants of the world. We must recognize the weeds in our garden and get rid of them immediately. When we take care of our gardens, we can feed the masses with our fruits and vegetables (knowledge and wisdom). We can experience true joy and share the process of what we did grow it.

Great gardeners prune their gardens however they want. They work hard in their gardens so that they have more than enough during harvest season. Be The Gardener of Your Greatness. "Work your garden - you'll end up with plenty of food; play and party - you'll end up with an empty plate. Committed and persistent work pays off; get-rich-quick schemes are ripoffs." - Proverbs 28:19-20

Work Ethic (Day 3 of 21 Days of Greatness)

If our vision(s) were considered a word, then our work ethic would define them. Work ethic by definition is a value based on hard work and diligence. It is also a belief in the moral benefit of work and its ability to enhance character. When you are striving to achieve your vision(s), your work ethic will define how valuable and important those visions are to you.

What time do you arrive to meetings/work (15/30 minutes early or 15/30 minutes late)? How many hours do you put aside for personal development? How many books have you read to help you get to your vision since January 1, 2014? Be honest, are you truly giving your all to achieving your greatest self? Michael Jackson would wake up at 3am/4am just to rehearse and perfect the routines he would be performing in his concerts. Kobe Bryant would shoot 400 jump shots before he left every practice. Mike Tyson would wake up at 4:00am faithfully just to run a few miles because he believed he would have a sharper competitive edge over his opponents.

Take time to review your calender and actions for the days that are upon you. Where are you spending most of your daily 1,440 minutes? Tighten up your arrival to all activites. Work extra hard to master your weaknesses. Learn from those who have or currently dominating the arenas in which they are apart of. You have to make some hard core sacrifices if you want to attain greatness. Greatness can not be attained by just a 9-5 work ethic. You have to go beyond and above what is normal and average. Your visions are supreme. Just as your work ethic should be. Because for much that’s given; much is required.
