For (6) months, I gave up my cell phone. It was just something I felt I had to do. When I decided to give up my phone, I began documenting my transition and how the world around me would react to my new lifestyle.
Nowadays, the term “Excellence” gets thrown around with its soul mate, “Greatness”. And even though these titles are both pursued EVERY SINGLE DAY through books, blog posts, YouTube video clips, and magazine articles, you can still see that the title of excellence is rarely achieved.
The title “leader” is a crown to be valued in the highest form. During my studies, I recognized that great leaders received great praise and power due to the areas they specifically focused on. They didn’t spread themselves thin and they knew how to delegate. They were visionaries and strong in their principles. In today’s society, there are many self-proclaimed leaders and individuals who invest in their ego more than the people who [choose] to follow them.
